Projucer 8 + GUI Editor

I still prefer using the Projucer GUI Editor, so I decided to bring it back in JUCE 8.

This fork is based on the JUCE 8.0.13 Projucer, with the GUI Editor restored from the JUCE 7.0.12 version.

In addition to restoring the editor, I fixed a component resizing bug and improved responsiveness when working with large numbers of components, reducing UI stalls that could occur during editing.

I originally did this purely for my own use, but if others still rely on the Projucer GUI Editor, feel free to give it a try. Feedback, bug reports, and testing results are welcome.
It works well for my use cases, but no guarantees.

Thanks for this work ! Would be great to have it integrated in an official JUCE 9 release !
