When I compile the noise gate tutorial and load it into Ableton Live, the “Sidechain” stereo input is exposed as “Sidechain L/-NoiseGate Tutorial”. I’d expect it to be exposed as “Sidechain-NoiseGate Tutorial” or “Sidechain L/R-NoiseGate Tutorial”. Am I missing something?
Keep in-mind side-chain is very different between hosts.
for example - Logic X handles stereo side-chain, REAPER also can handle many side-chain layout, AAX only supports mono-sidechain. I’m not sure Ableton Live supports stereo or greater than mono sidechain.
Seems it does. The DSP responds as expected to a stereo signal, I tried with panning etc.
Also if I have:

.withOutput(“Output”, AudioChannelSet::stereo(), true)
Ableton Live allows sidechaining to the plugin in stereo pairs 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8.
