System Requirements for coding with JUCE

Hi, I’m vespadj, italy.
I don’t know C++, but probably I’ll start…

What is required to compile with Juce on Windows?
I’m interested in improving PluginHost sample

  • vstsdk by Stainberg?
  • Framework or Runtime?
  • About Compiler: I think VisualStudio needs a deep install and I’m afraid it gets dirty my OS , on forum I don’t find a lot of other work-full compiler… For example if I try with wxdevcpp_7.4 , it may be build or it need difficult settings on makefile ?

Before improving the the plugin-host, i would suggest to a do something more simple and just learn C++
Installing Visual C++is absolutely risk free.
