Hi everyone, my team and I are experimenting this issue with one tester using El Capitan os, strangely all of us couldnt replicate the issue so it’s quite difficult to fix it. However I’ve been trying out various solutions from similar threads in the forum but none of them work.
We use an outside typeface font in our look and feel class for the tooltip, and check if its intalled in the users font library (this was suggested in a previous thread of the forum).
I did a basic hello world plugin to check this with the tester and it seems I can’t get arround this issue, has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution?
I also made one with native juce font and that seems to work ok.
