VST Wrapper example?

Anyone know where I can find an example of hosting a VST within a VST/AU plugin?

Bear in mind that I am an absolute noob about JUCE at this point. I created a new audio plugin project in Projucer, deleted the source files and added this one. Changed the project output to include midi effect plugin, since that is what I want to try to do. It built in Xcode no problem, some deprecated code warnings.
