There’s not enough information here to diagnose the problem.
Please explain the steps you’ve taken to try to run the program. Did you see any output from the build (this normally appears in the “Output” pane, which you’ve cropped out of your screenshot). Were there any errors?
The log contains the answer: “You need to enable at least one plugin format!”
To fix this, in the Projucer, indicate for your project what type of plugin you want to build.
This is not related to Windows.
