Are there currently any issues with MIDI CC data, JUCE and VST3 format?

I am planning to make a VST3 plugin using JUCE involving MIDI CC data.
I just found this thread from last year which was enlightening on that subject:

So I am concerned about these issues.

But have they been resolved?

If you read this thread through, they were resolved.

However, not all hosts fully support MIDI CC output from a VST3, and some only support it via VST2, which is only legal to release if you signed the Steinberg contract a couple of years ago.

If you don’t have a VST2 license, you’re gonna have to offer the VST3 option and only support the hosts that have that feature implemented (which I think by now is most of the major ones).
