Beginner question - how to play a plugin sound on WaveForm?

I have Waveform using Windows.

To have a Hammond B3 Organ sound I downloaded CollaB3 plugin.

It appears as a “plugin” in WaveForm.

What are the basic concepts I need to know to use the B3 sound?
E.g., I was hoping to see it in the drop-down list of midi output choices for a track.
