The DSP module provides this option:
Unfortunately the Projucer doesn’t generate then necessary project data to support this. This makes it impossible to automate building with MKL using the Projucer.
Potentially, the MKL flag can follow suit with the IPP flag, seeing that it’s similarly configured to it in VS2019:
It seems this has already been reported, back in 2017: Enabling using Intel MKL should add the relevant include path
