Built AU plugin cannot be found in User's library plugin folder after build

Hi folks!

I am using the latest 5.3.1 juce. Using projucer to generate my project.

However, my built AU plugin (which automatically appeared in user’s au plugin folder ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components) cannot be shown by Logic Pro X.

But Logic can find and use my plugin if I manually copied the built plugin to the system’s library au folder. (/HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/)

Did I miss anything here?

Many thanks!

used auvaltool and it shows:

AU Validation Tool
Version: 1.6.1a1
Copyright 2003-2013, Apple Inc. All Rights Reserved.
Specify -h (-help) for command options

VALIDATING AUDIO UNIT: ‘aufx’ - ‘Eewh’ - ‘Xmms’

ERROR: Cannot get Component’s Name strings
ERROR: Error from retrieving Component Version: -50

That’s a quirk of High Sierra. The first time you build a plugin with a new au type triple you need to either reboot or move the folder out of the Components folder and back in again via the Finder.
