Can MachineIDUtilities be moved to juce_core?

Since getUniqueMachineID() replaces functionality commonly found in juce_core / SystemStats, could the MachineIDUtilities be moved to juce_core? Other than all other functionality of juce_product_unlocking this is much more general.

Agreed – I don’t include the juce_product_unlocking but I’m waiting eagerly for these new patches to make their way into master
