I am planing to release my first audio plugin as an indie developer. Can I use JUCE personal license to sell the plugins with the JUCE logo showing at bottom on startup ? The source will remain private. Once I exceed revenue above 50K USD, I will purchase the JUCE Indie license.

Yes, it can.
We started off with a personal license, and moved to Indie when we hit the revenue limit.
