Cloning/upgrading exporters in Projucer

Hi, I’ve got a number of projects for VS2017 and I want to upgrade them to VS2022, preferably without having to hand type all the various bits of configuration in again.

Is there any way to do this?

There’s nothing built into the Projucer. We need to treat exporters as separate entities in case there are any incompatibilities introduced between versions.

That being said, I don’t think anything has changed from VS2017 to VS2022, so you could probably just rename the corresponding property in the .jucer file directly.

thanks, I’ll give that a go

looks fine, but @t0m, do you know how to change the program opened from Projucer from 2017 to 2022. This is obvs a window thing but not sure where it’s stored. thx

Other than that I’m not sure, sorry.

yeah, of course, just change the default app for .sln which is what projucer launches…
