When creating a new project which is similar to another one, it may be easier copying the .jucer file instead of creating a new one and copying all the options (including all the configurations for debug and release 64 bit 32 bit windows mac etc).
My process is after copying, search-replace previous the project name with new one, and changing the JUCERPROJECT id value.
I’m wondering if this seems like a sane way to do it, or whether there’s another recommended way.
It would be cool if jucer files could somehow “inherit” the options from another file. This way if I’m developing several audio plugins and find that I need to change some option I could change it in only one place and it would propagate to all of them.
