Create new project window

hello friends , I getting struggle with the first window at the opening of Projucer app .
I’m couldn’t getting the right path to the “create new project” , I’m clicking : file > new project .
and it bring me to the same open launch window how doesn’t contain the 8 squires with the different choices . what I’m doing wrong?
working on MacBook Pro 2019 , catalina

That was the new project UI of Projucer in JUCE 4 and 5.

The interface was changed in JUCE 6. Nowadays, you select the project type on the left, then fill in the project name, JUCE modules, and exporters on the right.
