Creating new win32 project in VS2017 works - but loading Projucer project and upgrading to latest toolset doesn't - error: Failed to locate: "CL.exe"

Hi!

If I create a new win32 project in VS2017, it works - but loading a Projucer project and upgrading it to the latest toolset doesn’t, I get error - Failed to locate: “CL.exe”.

Can I do something to use the latest toolset?
