Defining JUCE_SUPPORT_CARBON=0 causes compile errors in 32-bit builds for Mac in juce_VST_Wrapper.mm

Fixing this seems to be straight forward. Also juce_VST_Wrapper.cpp needs to be updated concerning "updateEditorCompBoundsVST".

We are using JUCE 4.0.1

Isn't Carbon the actual window system type for 32bit VSTs?

It makes sense that you can't disable that...

Hmm good point, I already suspected something like that. I will check if the vst works or not.
