I sometimes edit my old posts to correct a misspelling or a bad link. Is there any way to avoid to rise it at top once done. The alternate would be to not edit messages. But IMHO editing is a good thing in order to make the forum more awesome for future readers/searches.

Even after a week the post is promoted (doesn’t seems to be affected by times).
Edited the OP 16 days later, and it has NOT been moved up!

Nope.
It appears that only editing the last message of the thread bump the topic at front.
And since it is a Discourse feature, i guess that it can’t be easily changed.
