Help, latest advice to build AUs ? (setting up new MAC)

I have a new Mac with XCode 5.02 and  OSX 10.9.1

Now i have the old problem with setting up the Core Audio Header files (AUResources.r)

There are so many advices here in the forum, but there all different angry, its a real kuddelmuddel 

The two latest "Audio Tools for XCode"-packages doesn't even contain any CoreAudio Headers (October 2013+July 2012)??

So i download the package from February 2012.

And where should i place those Headers, inside the XCode.app?

And how to fix the problems, which is the latest thread about that...

Would be nice to have ONE sticky,  to collect all useful information
