I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but when I try to create a VSTi plugin, and load it in either Reaper or the JUCE plugin host, it instantiates without audio inputs.
In the Projucer’s project settings, I entered a plugin channel configuration of: {1,1}, {2,2}
And I ticked both the “Plugin is a synth” and “Plugin wants midi input” options
synths dont have audio inputs afaik, uncheck that box, try again…
It depends on the host. Some, like Tracktion, will send input to any plugin, but others treat instruments differently.
