How should I fill out the Steinberg VST3 license agreement for an independent developer?

I am an independent developer who is looking to release some free, non-open-source software. Steinberg’s VST3 license agreement asks for a company name and who the company is represented by. Does anyone know how I should fill out this form if I am not releasing under a company?

Leave “company” blank, put your name in “represented by”. On the last page, sign in “by”.
