Licence of Projucer project with juce_core module

Quick question: if I use the Projucer to create a project (a Dynamic library if that matters) using only the juce_core module, is there anything that enforces the GPL licence (eg some autogenerated headers)?

I want to create a plugin system where people can create little dsp modules for my platform without needing to purchase the full licence of JUCE)

Not quite sure what you mean by “enforcing” it?

Are there any autogenerated files (like the JuceHeader.h or AppConfig.h file) that are licenced under the GPL?

All the autogenerated files that the projucer creates are unlicensed, use them however you want!
