No matter what I do, the checkbox stays true. Saving changes does nothing because the checkbox is still checked.
I’m using Safari 9.1 in El Capitan 10.11.4.
I’ve switched this off for you now (using Chrome). It’s possibly a Safari / Discourse bug. We’ll investigate.

Could this happen? Maybe the problem is that I’m not on retina display, but it is REALLY annoying.
Maybe bold vs. plain font could be the way
