Newer IPP lib broken with Projucer (fix/patch included)

Apparently some folks at Intel (marketing? :slight_smile: ) decided that IPP should be now part of a bundle called Intel OneAPI.

In addition to the bundling, they’ve renamed and removed some parts.
I’ve ended up keeping both to avoid conflicts and breaking things (since Intel also changed the available options).

Here is the addition on SR JUCE branch:

Bump.
It would be lovely if the projucer could link properly to the Intel OneAPI so that we can keep using the IPP.
