NI Kontakt 7 VST3 (Windows) does not load into JUCE host

The latest Kontakt 7 VST3 (updated Oct 12) refuses to load into a JUCE 7.0.5 host on Windows. No problems on macOS. The VST3 is a single file (no folder structure).

Anyone else observed this?
