When I open the juce.chm file the text window prompts:
[code]Navigation to the webpage was canceled
What you can try:

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Does sound like a browser cock-up. My copy of doxygen is quite old, so perhaps IE7 has broken everything since it came out…

I have got solution now.
Actually, open properties of chm file and push the unblock button.

“unblock”? I don’t have one of those buttons… (?)

The unblock button exist in properties executable files just downloaded from internet.
If press this button it will disapear.
