Guys, please, anyone knows a tool that allows users to see a list of bugs for a project and send bugs notifications and I can manage this list? Not just for bugs, but new features, support requests, etc … I found several tools but they are all closed, only with login I can see the list of things. If would be nice to have a page on my site that shows all the stuff I’m working on, and allow users to send new things. Or at least show the list in public form, without a login, and I just add manually what users send me from the support messages…

just use the Issues feature on BitBucket or Github.

hmm, I guess using the Issues feature of those repo sites requires your repo be public… so, maybe those aren’t good choices after all…

Funny enough, in the end, I’m going to use the support ticket system I was already using. But I didn’t know they have a wiki type of thing that I could use. Is not like the support thing I wanted, but it works, and it’s free (or cheap).
