Hi everyone, we at sonible are looking for new people to extend our team. We currently have 2 open positions:

Dev-Ops Engineer

Your Role

  • You conceptualize, develop and implement CI/CD workflows for C++ audio plugin products and more.
  • You maintain and evolve a multi-platform build toolchain (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and its dependencies.
  • You manage on-site build infrastructure as well as cloud facilities.
  • You help to enhance Quality Assurance by developing and implementing automated test scenarios on dedicated test infrastructure.

Your Profile

  • You have advanced programming skills in multiple languages such as C++ and Python and experience in managing software projects with CMake.
  • You have intensively worked with CI/CD software like Jenkins, Hudson or TeamCity as well as dependen- cy/package management systems like Conan or CPM.
  • You are familiar with code signing, certificate handling and creation of application installers
  • You are experienced in working with other programmers in source code management systems like Git.
  • You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Working knowledge or exposure to DSP and audio signal processing algorithms is a plus.
  • It would be a nice benefit if you are familiar with existing audio production technologies and enjoy working creatively with music.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Your Role

  • You conceptualize, develop and implement Quality Assurance processes for C++ audio plugin products and more.
  • You develop and maintain unit, integration and regression tests for processing and UI modules.
  • You work closely with Dev-Ops and development to reduce manual testing as much as possible.
  • You manage a team of support and testing agents and oversee performance of first-level support.

Your Profile

  • You have advanced programming skills in multiple languages such as C++ and Python and experience in managing software projects with CMake.
  • You are familiar with testing frameworks like Catch2, Google Test, Boost Test etc.
  • You know how to test user interaction programmatically.
  • You have a basic understanding of Digital Audio Workstation software and the workflows that are common in audio production.
  • You are experienced in leading a team of 5-10 people working in agile workflows.
