XCode menu option "Attach to Process" is empty

I’m trying to debug my plugin, I’ve launched AudioPluginHost, but not only does it not appear in the “Attach to Process” submenu under Debug that I’ve always used, nothing appears in it! Has anyone had this issue before, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

IIRC menu might be empty if you select ‘any mac’ instead of ‘my mac’
