There must be a quick fix for this I hope. I have renamed a plugin, rebuilt it as well as rebooted my Mac in-between builds, also made sure the plugin was completely removed from my LogicX test project. Now, for some reason the plugin still keeps showing up under the old name. No problem for the VST3 version. Projucer settings look clean, not sure what’s going on. Thanks for any suggestions.
Replying to my own thread … changing the plugin version number gets me around this, however I’m still interested in learning where Logic X might cache this information and how it can be cleaned out. Thx …
