Hi, I’ve just been reading the latest MS update on its new MIDI Services stack and it looks as though implementations were due to start rolling out last month to insiders.
Is this something the JUCE dev team is tracking?

Yes, we’re tracking this, although the new MIDI APIs are still changing and updating quite frequently. There were new APIs added in macOS 15, and in the newest alsa-lib on Linux (released around three weeks ago). It’s going to take us a little while to incorporate the latest changes on each platform, so we’re probably not going to have something ready to go alongside the Windows MIDI release.
