Developer Control Block and ROLI Dashboard

Are Developer Control Block(s) compatible with the ROLI Dashboard app?

When I launch ROLI Dashboard with my LightPad Block (connected via USB) and my Developer Control Block (attached via the DNA connector to the LightPad Block) the Control Block keeps turning on/off connecting and disconnecting.

The ROLI Dashboard UI does this Screen Recording 2018-07-30...

Both LightPad Block and Control Block are fully charged.

macOS 10.13.6, MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

Is the control block running the latest firmware?

Updated LightBlock firmware and it says that “I’m up to date”, but I can’t update the ControlBlock firmware because it keeps going in and out.

Forgot to mention that the flicker on/off connecting/disconnecting behavior shown in video only happens when ROLI Dashboard is running.

OK, I’d recommend you contact support.roli.com and they should be able to help you diagnose the issue.

I will need to look into this also, the same thing is happening here. I first updated and charged the lightpad, but connecting the developer control block it just flickers on and off.
