Rolled back to 79dfa1d39266b80a67948c246fa850053892b1b7 / Tue Oct 28 18:48:31 2025 +0000 and user reports issue has gone away.
There have been some changes, yes. Which JUCE commit is in use in the screenshot?

It’d be helpful to know:
- What is the DAW version?
- What is the display scale factor, and whether is this a multi-display system?
- In FL, is the plugin editor “detached” or not?
- Are there any particular steps that reliably trigger the issue?
