It seems to have no negative effects at all, but it probably shouldn't be doing that. Just to make sure, I threw away my old Juce and cloned it all from scratch, then rebuild and reran the Introjucer. Note that there are no relevant messages in the output log either...
Yeah, there's no such module, but there was a typo in the introjucer which mistakenly had in in the list of default modules. I sorted this out in the recent introjucer changes. In the old version, you just never saw it in the list because it didn't correspond to any module that it could find.
