JuceDemoPlugin not showing in DP8

Hi there,

I am trying to build an audio plugin. I used the Introjucer and some steps (see footer) to fix AU building on Mac OS X. The plugin works fine in Live and Vienna Ensemble Pro but does not show in Digital Performer 8.

I used the preferences to enable plugins but JuceDemoPlugin does not show up. I built the Release version and copied it in both "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST" and "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components".

By the way, am I supposed to copy the "JuceDemoPlugin.component" as is to the "VST" folder ?

 

So, what am I doing wrong to have the plugin show up in Digital Performer 8 ?

Sorry for the forum noise. The problem was that JuceDemoPlugin was built with 32bit support and DP8 opens as a 64bit application by default. I changed how DP8 opens and the JuceDemoPlugin shows in the list.
