Just compiled on Ubuntu 12.4, however, it couldn't recognize module folder!

I have just compiled Introjucer on Ubuntu 12.4, however, when I try to use the project wizard from file menu, the program coudn't recognize the modules' folder. It gives me the following error message: "Not a valid JUCE modules folder!" 

Any advise?

The latest version of juce? There was a problem until fairly recently with the file chooser not working on some distros.
