Reset password problems

tried the forgot password email reset procedure to get to my ROLI login but
get nowhere - i get YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN .

I am using my old JUCE forum login and can get into the forum ok but something is up.

I tried changing my email to a different one and creating a new ROLI account with my msn.com email but the website then still reported a duplicate login.

I suspect there are two accounts - old - past juice 4 days- which both use my email.

I’ve had the same problem. But also on another website.
The workaround for me was to copy the link adress and just paste in into the adress bar. This also worked on the other website. I have absolutely no clue why that works.
