Trying to run VST3 in Ableton results in a "some plugins are disabled" error

I am on an M1 Macbook Air using XCode. I get this error after building and attempting to open the Arpeggiator example plugin as a VST3 file in Ableton:

If you need any other info or screenshots (ik I have a lot haha), please lmk. Any help’s appreciated.

Did you check that the VST3 folder contains the plugin?

Yes, it’s in the folder.
