Is there any plugin company that uses the "Personal license"?

Hi, im new here. Please correct me if im violating any rules.
I have a few questions.
For those who are just starting out and want to publish their first plugin, What should they do?
publish the plugin using the “Personal license”?
does the splashscreen looks “unprofessional”? if not, is there any plugin company that uses the “Personal license”?

we have so many amazing indie developers here. What advises will you give to a newbie like me?
