Hi folks,
I was thinking about tinkering with building Juce apps on Linux.
Is Ubuntu a reasonable choice for this?
It’d be running on my Mac under Parallels, if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance oh Linux gurus.
Pete

yep, I use ubuntu for development, running under vmware.
Hi Jules!
If its good enough for you, then its good enough for me!
Many thanks,
Pete
I’m on Ubuntu too, just started on it with Juce. There’s some neat instructions in various posts on getting it going. I have an Eclipse project working - I’d like to be using Eclipse on the Mac to cross-compile to the Linux side at some point.

My thanks to those contributing on that topic, especially billstei, who’s instructions plus a machete got me going in Eclipse. Ughh.
